Follow and WIN Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Competition Rules

  1. The competition will run from Thursday 14th May 2020, until Tuesday 30th June 2020.
  2. To be eligible for the prize draw, you will need to be following us on one of our social media channels (Facebook or LinkedIn) by 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 30th June 2020.
  3. You get one entry into the prize draw for each channel you follow us on. So if you follow us on both Facebook AND LinkedIn this will give you two entries into the prize draw.
  4. If you already follow us on one of these social media channels, then you will automatically be entered into the prize draw, unless you notify us that you do not want to participate via clause 4.3 of these terms and conditions.
  5. This competition is free to enter. No purchase from P1 Technology is required to enter and making a purchase or being our client will not increase your chances of winning.
  6. This competition is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

2. The Prize Draw

  1. The winner will be chosen completely at random on Thursday 2nd July 2020.
  2. The winner will be announced on Friday 3rd July 2020 via the P1 Technology Facebook and LinkedIn channels (irrespective of which channel they follow us on) and will be contacted directly through their social media profile.
  3. By entering, you give us permission to contact you directly through social media if you are the winner of the prize. You also give us permission to announce your name as the winner on both Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as in the P1 Technology newsletter, which is distributed by email.
  4. The winner will have 7 business days to reply to P1 Technology and make arrangements to claim their prize. If the winner doesn’t make contact within this time, P1 Technology reserves the right to redraw and choose a new winner.

3. The Prize

  1. The prize is a Logitech C615 HD Webcam valued at $99AUD.
  2. The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

4. General Terms

  1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or LinkedIn. Facebook and Linked in bear no responsibility to entrants or participants of this competition.
  2. By following us on Facebook or LinkedIn, you agree to participation in the competition. If you do not wish to participate, you can opt out of the prize draw by emailing us at hello@p1technology.com.au and letting us know that you do not wish to be included in the prize draw.
  3. This competition is void where prohibited.
