Dikin Patel

Level 2 / 3 Technician 

Dikin joined the PI team in early 2022. He is experienced with Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace, Microsoft Teams Calling, SharePoint Administration, and Cybersecurity. 

Having spent time supporting state government and non-profits, he has a great understanding of compliance and supporting various IT environments. 

His certifications include a Master of Information Technology, Microsoft Azure Administrator, and Microsoft Certified Endpoint Administrator. 

Outside of work, Dikin loves to spend time with his family, playing cricket, and traveling.
