Bastian has extensive experience working with Australian IT service providers since 2014, providing support to the private sector for SMEs to 4,000 staff across healthcare, education, automotive, retail, and professional services. He has also worked directly for the Victorian state government.

Beyond the basics, Bastian's strengths lie in Microsoft 365 Administration, internal system infrastructure management at P1, Apple Business Manager, and computer hardware management, among others.

His certifications include a Bachelor of IT (Systems Administration), Diploma of IT (Software Development), as well as certifications in 3CX, Cisco Networking, Microsoft Server, Windows, and Azure.

After hours, Bastian is a cricket enthusiast and loves to spend time with his family.
