Aaron Schuman

Level 1/ 2 Technician 

Aaron has been the friendly voice on the PI helpdesk since January 2022, directing traffic and providing L1-2 desktop support. His logical engineering mind has allowed his skills to quickly evolve, making him a valuable part of the PI team and providing IT support for many of our clients in professional services, manufacturing, and more. 

While Aaron holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Infrastructure), he enjoys the challenge of providing technical solutions for SMEs and the satisfaction of helping people. 

Aaron has also completed Microsoft 365 Fundamentals. When not talking tech, he loves to watch and play soccer, hang out with his mates, and spend time with his dog Stella.
